• Technology Exchange

This is how KICG started. We licenced a patent to deliver a product to a community. What we developed on this path was not the original intention of the patent however we saw the potential and impact it could make with stored water and public spaces. We decided to make this our technology exchange model which we believe will help close the hygiene gap a lot faster. We have two options: one for companies with products and another for inventors with patents.

  • Option 1

    1

    Your Technology

Does your technology help provide clean water or air or energy? Can it be deployed at low cost? Are you willing to donate your product for trials? If Yes, read step 2.

    2

    Collaborate

Connect with our team. We will help match your technology with a community that will trial it. If it is successful we will collate the data for next steps.

    3

    Implementation

After successful trials, we will work to develop a full scale roll out of your tech in the community with the help of sponsors.

  • Option 2

    1

    Your Idea/ Patent

If you are an inventor or patent holder and want to give back, continue to step 2.

    2

    Collaborate

Our patent team will review and connect it to our development partners. They will determine the best way to use your idea or patent for a community's need. This step comes at a cost and would need to be funded.

    3

    Trials

We will do a controlled trial of the product we develop. This has to be monitored closely. If successful we will do a full scale implementation. Otherwise, we go back to step 2.

    4

    Implementation

After successful trials, we will work to develop a full scale roll out of your tech in the community and use the test case to help others.
